Canadian eCommerce Partners for Over 10 Years
Walmart is one of the largest employers in the world with almost 11,000 stores in 27 countries. In North America, the name Walmart is synonymous with great value at lower prices and is well known for its slogan: Save Money. Live Better. Since 2010, geekspeak Commerce has been a trusted partner for Walmart Canada, creating unique and engaging content that sells.
Understanding the Canadian eCommerce Market
When our team started working with Walmart Canada over 10 years ago, we concentrated on creating comprehensive style guides for their various categories of products in French and English, setting the standard for their online voice. We also handled product onboarding from start to finish, crafting unique, optimized product descriptions for Walmart’s leading in-house brands including George, g21, Athletic Works and Black Web.
All product descriptions were translated into French for the Quebec market. Product images were also captured for a wide range of products.
Supporting Walmart Canada Marketplace Sellers
With the launch of the Walmart Canada Marketplace, geekspeak Commerce now supports third-party sellers who are looking to sell their top-quality products on Walmart.ca. Using our knowledge of the Walmart platform and our skills in product photography and content creation in English and French, our team has worked with many marketplace sellers to bring their products online. From AND1 athletic clothing to Kitchen 88 grocery items, BaByliss hair care products, and seasonal decorations, we’ve helped a variety of sellers optimize their listings for the Canadian market and the list continues to grow.
