geekspeak Commerce has worked with Honeywell for over five years, creating optimized, benefit-focused content that drives sales on Amazon.
Trusted Partners Since 2015
Honeywell Safety Products (the industrial safety division) is a leading manufacturer of personal protection equipment (PPE) in categories such as work boots, safety glasses, safety gloves, earplugs and earphones. Their brands include Uvex, Stanley, Howard Leight, Oliver, Miller, Fibre-Metal and many others. Our team worked with Honeywell to help drive its direct-to-consumer strategy, creating optimized, unified, and consistent product content for all of its PPE brands online, beginning with Amazon.com.
Optimizing Content for Traffic and Sales
Each Honeywell brand has its own unique style and voice. We worked with the client to create brand-specific style guides and category-specific keyword analysis. Once complete, our team created in-depth product descriptions that conformed to the criteria of Amazon’s product detail pages, A+ pages and storefronts.
This included writing benefit-driven paragraphs and feature bullets. We also undertook principal photography and image processing for many of the brands, creating product images, lifestyle images, infographics and product-specific headers.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
geekspeak Commerce managed Amazon PPC campaigns for several PPE brands, including Howard Leight, Oliver, Stanley and more. Our intimate knowledge of each brand, category and product allowed us to hone in on key search terms while adjusting product content to ensure that descriptions were in alignment with the changing marketplace. Our work for each brand included monthly reporting with a detailed breakdown of campaign metrics and recommendations.
