geekspeak worked with Walmart Canada to analyze online best practices within its market segment and made recommendations. geekspeak assisted in defining the voice of Walmart.ca by developing comprehensive style guides in both English and French, including category-specific style guides. We also created guidelines that would set the standard for their online voice and provide direction to their vendors.
geekspeak handled product onboarding from start to finish, we crafted unique, optimized product descriptions for Walmart’s leading in-house brands including George, g21, Athletic Works and Black Web. All product descriptions were translated into French for the Quebec market. Product images were captured from a wide range of categories and finally we handled the upload of the optimized product descriptions and images.
